Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

Return Period: Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt.

Eligibility: Only applies to items with damage upon arrival.

Requirements: A unboxing video is required as evidence.

Process: Contact chawkealma@outlook.com our team will provide necessary after-sales support.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. (Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.)

Return Process:

Submit Return Request: Chawke customer service will confirm eligibility via email.

Verification details: If the conditions are met, customer service will confirm the return details and shipping arrangements.

Return packaging: Use the original packaging and return all items listed in the order.

Inspection: Chawke will conduct an inspection upon receipt of the product to ensure it meets the return criteria

Additional Fees: Extra charges may apply if the product cannot be restored to its original condition.

Refund Policy:

Inspection & Evaluation: After the returned product is inspected, customer service will notify you of the results.

Refund process: The refund amount will be processed via email and deducted based on the cost of restoring the product.

Refund Method: The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Credit Card Refunds: Refunds may take longer depending on the processing time of the issuing bank.

Exchange Policy:

DOA assessment: Chawke will evaluate whether the product meets the DOA (Death on Arrival) criteria.

Eligible for Exchange:  If the conditions are met, Chawke will replace the damaged item free of charge, including shipping costs.

Not Eligible for Exchange: If the product does not meet the conditions, applicable fees may be charged.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:

Order Confirmation: Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after confirmation.

Delivery Time: Under normal circumstances, you will receive the order within 15 days.

Shipping Issues: If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, please provide evidence to chawkealma@outlook.com

Verification: If the claim is confirmed, Chawke will file a claim with the logistics company and send a replacement product free of charge.
